I had a really disappointing experience with Austin Prestige Limo Rental. While the chauffeur was professional and courteous—which we appreciated—everything else about the experience was frustrating and poorly managed. The company’s communication was unreliable, and the management came across as disorganized and far from trustworthy. There were issues with timing, billing, and follow-through that made what should’ve been a special outing for me and my family stressful instead. It’s unfortunate
