Disappointment deluxe. I went to a lunch. The food at the hotel was excellent. But unfortunately the lady opposite grumbled at what was a good meal. The conversation was boring. And there was a display of complete rudeness during the lunch. I saw them all at a show last week and no one said hello. I was then told on Friday I did something wrong. I do not like being accused of something I did not do wrong.

Where do I begin? I guess at the beginning. From the very first contact by phone I was so impressed with the level of service I received. I spoke with Bianca and unfortunately, the tour we wanted wasn't available on the only day we could go. We did exchange some emails and when we discovered that the tour wasn't available Bianca said to me, 'leave it with me and I will see if I can magic something for you'. Well, magic something she did. Katrina ... our guide/driver was great! Wineries were fun and we tried too many! 😊 lunch at Mission was delicious.... and the cheeses at the end of the day topped off a wonderful experience. If you're into wine this is for you. A very full day!

After a week of rain we were gifted a day of sunshine with Niki to go visit the local wineries. Although the wineries were fantastic the real ray of sunshine was Niki. She went above and beyond with our tour, providing great commentary, side routes so we could see more of the countryside and even took us to an additional winery free of charge. If you’re ever in Napier I strongly recommend the tour, well worth the trip. Thanks Niki!!!
