Booked for a concert at Gillette. Luis was an amazing driver. Great communication. Prompt. Personable but not overly so. Booking was easy. The vehicle was clean and new. I’m deducting one star due to the fact that I paid in advance and then was contacted the next day to pay an extra hour based upon when the driver left the garage. After conversing with a manager, they ultimately waived the extra hour however I was told that this was standard practice for their business. I suggested in the futu

Don't ever book and need to cancel. They are not honorable in crediting back your credit card. They told me time and time agains that they would credit back my credit card over a number of calls to them. They wanted to hold the money as long as possible. The only way was to dispute it with my credit card company. Only after another 60 days, and the company not responding, did the credit card company do the right thing. This company knows how to take your money, but not honor a refund....at all.

Thank you for such great service! Epson was a joy to ride with. He was patient as our flight was delayed arriving into Boston and the communication was helpful to find our way to the vehicle. We have booked two more rides with this company during our trip because we have such confidence in them!

The best experience I have ever had with a car service. Highly highly recommend. I traveled from MA to NYC and the driver was incredibly polite, patient and accommodating. He showed up early as well which was much appreciated. Amazing customer service. Black Car Rides is THE best car service to use.
