I had to arrange special car service for my overseas VIP visitors recently from Texas to NC and I got to meet Ashly over the phone at Black Tie car service who was beyond helpful and provided an excellent service overall. She was extremely professional, supportive and knowledgeable. There was a very sensitive and complicated situation with the reservation and she was able to help me without any issues and everything went smoothly. I strongly recommend this company for any transportation services

Have been using Black Tie for 3 plus years for business flights. Also used the service for wedding. Excellent service from Ashley at office! Driver’s are professional and safe. All very personable but are respectful of your space. Vehicles are upscale, clean and comfortable. Communication from start to finish relieves stress. Highly recommended.

This was my first time using Black Tie car service and the experience was excellent! Ashley was wonderful and very helpful with the booking. My driver Amir was professional, courteous and punctual. And the SUV was very clean and nice! I celebrated my birthday with my friends going to a show uptown and we had a wonderful time! I will definitely be using this company again!
