They need better emails (eg include license #) to keep their drivers and customers informed and able to find each other, and when requesting a car seat provide staff that is able to operate it (I had to do it myself with a cat seat I'm not familiar with after a 10 hour flight). Otherwise the service was decent and the driver very courteous

Jessi was absolutely fantastic! We had such a great experience and his service was impeccable all week. Jessi accommodated all our requests, and adjusted with ease and flexibility ensuring we made all our of meetings on time and in comfort. I had to be in very long line at customs so made the driver wait long but he was very kind and helpful and did his best to find me at the airport. Jessi was so wonderful. We were traveling to Africa for two weeks. One of my passengers forgot an important item at home and Jessi calmly drove him back to retrieve it. They got back in plenty of time for the flight. He saved the day!
