My family needed a shuttle service to the cruise port and from cruise port in miami and Alex was our driver he was very nice and kind and accommodating. We had an infant and he provided a car seat. It was timely for the pickup for my group of 10 . I changed my pickup time from the cruise port, and he changed my time with no problems. Be sure to book this company. I was lucky enough to spot Alejandro at Port Miami on Sunday March 2nd. I was with my family, a group of 10 plus luggage. We were considering 2 or 3 Ubers, but when 25,000 people are getting off cruise ships at the same time, that is pretty much impossible. And taxis are worse yet.
