Alex was very good . Extremely cautious and patient considering the horrible travel conditions - snow packed nyc streets with cars parked every which way. He had to thread the needle a few times - performed with ease and confidence. He patiently waited for us while our event lasted longer than anticipated. Customer service was efficient and easy to deal with.

If you need any transportation I’d highly recommend Golden Class Limo. They were the best price in the region and I checked many services. I got a car between Newark and JFK. The driver arrived early, was very professional and friendly and we got to JFK as planned/scheduled. They offered an all inclusive price and there were genuinely no add ons, or upselling attempted. Very prompt and communicative. Shuttle was onsite when our plane arrived and was in contact immediately. Richard was great and helpful. Very polite and courteous. Took care of handling bags and made a great recommendation for lunch (Bill's Burgers).
