I booked a Rolls Royce Cullinan with Hermes Travel for my wedding for three hours. Less than 24 hours before the wedding, I received a text saying the car had been in an accident. While I understand that accidents can happen, the way the situation was handled was extremely disappointing. The first substitute they offered was a blue Lamborghini Urus — completely inappropriate for a wedding and not at all comparable to a Rolls Royce Cullinan.
