We have used Indus Chauffeur Services several times and have referred them to many people as they provide a wonderful service. I have also used them to pick up my mother and sister and bring them from Dubai to Abu Dhabi. They are reliable and I recommend them highly.

Disappointed with my experience. The company actively shares promotions, but once I requested a booking, calls and WhatsApp messages were no longer answered. This lack of response was frustrating and unprofessional. After sharing my experience publicly, I was contacted by the company and asked to remove the review, with references made to possible legal consequences under UAE law. This added to my frustration, as it makes it difficult for customers to be honest and transparent about a negative
