I really wanted to like this company. The cars were luxury - the service wasn't unfortunately. I booked return airport transfers 6 weeks in advance for our visit to Dubai and was assured that we'd have a baby seat upon arrival! The chauffeur failed to bring one for our first transfer, citing it was a communication breakdown between the person we liaised directly with and the driver. First time in the UAE and using the LCS team. The whole experience was seamless. Great communication, smooth pickup straight from baggage claim, and our driver Zeeshan was professional and got us from Abu Dhabi to Dubai quickly and comfortably. Highly recommend.

I had pre-booked a Lamborghini a month in advance. The day of, they confirmed. A few hours prior to my landing, they claimed the Lamborghini encountered mechanical issues, offering a Chevrolet. I had to stress and scramble for another company.
