Extremely unprofessional and unethical business practices. This company failed to charge us correctly at the time of service and then, nearly six months later, decided to run our credit card for a charge related to a service that occurred almost half a year ago. What’s even more unacceptable is that there was zero communication—no phone call, no email, no notice of any kind. I thought my drivers Sabri ( going )and Saeed ( returning ) were very helpful with my bags for myself and a friend to and from the airport. Both drivers drove very safe and professionally. The only thing that needed to change was for any future driver coming to my address is to come to the door so we will know they are in the driveway. Our street is in a dead zone and doesn't receive cell phone service from the street or driveway.

Lasso was a Great driver and gave us a very comfortable ride to DTW. He was on time for pickup which is important to us. The black SUV service was well worth the cost.

Great ride! On time, followed multiple stops and returned everyone to their drop off locations. Car was clean and the driver was awesome!
