I loved using Metro Livery when we had a large group going to the Nashville airport at different times. They charged me exactly what was quoted, so I appreciate the transparency. Renee was our driver for all of the trips, and we're SO thankful for her! She was on time on each trip (if not early), professional, and she had us laughing hysterically at her stories. 29 Dec:Message for online payment came across as looking like a scam. Recommend sending a text or email to customer so they can react in a timely manner. Also, assume since this is a shuttle service, the only way to tip driver is cash? Not all customers carry cash. Overall satisfied with service. 2 Jan: Renee was amazing. Great customer service, and so friendly. Again recommend a way to tip online as not all customers carry cash these days. Your business is top-notch. Thank you.

I am truy surprised with how disappointed we were by the service provided by Metro Livery. We requested a shuttle service from a football game, and were told there would be a 5 hour minimum. Our driver did meet us at the pickup location and start taking us to our first destination, but on the way there he was angrily yelling at someone over the phone. He then was not paying attention to driving and started swerving on the road. He told me he had not received payment from Metro Livery, and had to

I had a fantastic experience with this car service. They picked me up from the airport right on time, and the driver was incredibly friendly. The car was amazingly clean, making the ride comfortable and relaxing. I highly recommend this service and will definitely be using them again whenever I’m visiting Tennessee!

Renee picked us up right on time with the biggest smile. She was extremely knowledgeable about the Nashville airport and went the extra mile by letting me know hours in advance about a weather advisory so I could stay ahead of any possible flight delays.
