We booked a car from Mint Rides for our wedding, but just 10 minutes before pickup, they informed us that the vehicle had been in an accident “the whole front was crashed” and gave us a completely different car. When we returned the rental two days later, we saw the original car—completely undamaged—sitting at their location. It was clear they had lied to us and waited until the last moment to inform us, leaving us no choice but to accept whatever they provided. Extremely disappointing experienc
