Great customer service. I actually needed to make a last minute, same day ride for a family event to a concert. The lady on the phone was nice politeful and helpful. The total cost was reasonable and all inclusive even with the tip included. She explained everything to me and promptly sent me a receipt. The driver was there early but waited patiently for us.
