North Hills Transportation, LLC

We used North Hills Transportation for our wedding this weekend and didn’t have a great experience. I was never given a specific point-of-contact so would just have to email the general info line, and would usually get a different person responding which didn’t give me much confidence. There were errors in our reservation confirmations that I had to ask numerous times to get corrected, and they didn’t respond to/acknowledge several emails including the vendor packet my planner sent them. However

We have used North Hills Transportation on many occasions over the last couple of years and they never disappoint. It is always a great experience. Their vehicles are new, clean, and the drivers have always been beyond kind, professional and helpful. When calling to book a reservation, the booking personnel are very knowledgeable and friendly. When we need transport, they are my go to, I don’t bother looking elsewhere. This is a top notch organization and we can confidently highly recommend

We hired North Hills Transportation to chaffeaur around our VIP client this past week. Not only did the driver give prompt updates on their trip progress, but they provide great customer service! The process of booking online was diffcult, but their Administrative Assistant Sheena took the time to book the trip over the phone and send over a credit card authorization. I will be booking them for my professionally and business needs in the coming future!!

From the beginning, the process of booking was so easy and professional. Our family was impressed with the cleanliness of the vehicle, friendliness of the driver, and the overall experience.
