I have been using Oxford VIP Chauffeurs for several years and have found them to be outstanding. On one occasion, we ran out of petrol, but that was when the business had been sold to another provider. Now that Jabbar, the original owner, is back in charge, the service is brilliant again. The cars are modern, very high spec, and spotlessly clean. Drivers are punctual, courteous, and insist on carrying my luggage to the front door.

Not a reliable service. Used them 4 times now and was greatly disappointed the last time. I understand the driver had a puncture, these things happen, but when you pay for an S class you don’t expect to get a Viano instead for the same price and “enjoy” it for your 2.2 hour drive from Oxford to Stansted…

Would not recommend this company if you need reliable service. I received email confirmation from them that a driver would pick me up at Heathrow to bring me to Oxford; when I went to meet them at Arrivals, there was no driver. I walked around with my luggage for the better part of an hour looking, and no driver was there for me. I also called all of their phone numbers, including their "emergency" line -- no-one answered so I left voicemails on each. After having to take a $$$ taxi because

I have used Oxford Vip chauffeurs a few times between Oxford and Gatwick and I found them very polite, discrete and smartly dressed. They offer me a coffee when I arrive which I highly appreciate! The cars are always very comfortable and clean. Thank you for the very nice journeys. I highly recommend them.
