Took a private car from LGA to Manhattan on a freezing night, and the service couldn’t have been better. The driver was punctual, kind, and immediately helped me with a lot of luggage, which I really appreciated after a long trip. The car was clean and comfortable, and the ride was smooth and stress-free. A great experience overall — I’d absolutely use this service again and recommend it to others.

Safe and easy. Driver texted as soon as we landed.and picked us up curbside. Excellent driving (right after big snowstorm). Cadillac Escalade which was roomy and clean. I highly recommend Ridelux.

I used this company to pick my group up at LGA and then again to return us to the airport. Both times the service was excellent. The drivers were professional and courteous. They handled the luggage and made sure we had everything we needed. Their communication was excellent keeping me informed and updated. I highly recommend.

We had a fantastic experience with Ridelux. Both trips (airport arrival/hotel drop-off and hotel pick up and airport drop-off) went very smoothly. The Escalades were immaculately clean and the drivers, Alexander and Dilon, were courteous and helpful. We had requested a car seat, and it was buckled in and ready for use upon pick up. For our departure, I realized that the time I booked was not sufficient for our flight, so I emailed customer service. Within 5 MINUTES, I received a response and th

Eduardo was waiting at the airport for us when we arrived. He drove a beautiful Cadillac Escalade that was toasty warm and roomy inside. He was a complete gentleman and i would definitely recommend Rogelio. It’s the second great experience we have had with them!
