Booked a up at Cruise Port with a one local stop before airport. When driver arrived did not want to make the stop I requested. The. When I told him that’s what I booked. He agreed and loaded us up. On the way he then told me he was dropping us all at airport. I had to book other transportation out of the airport to the stop I had requested. Driver Frank was rude.

We were given your phone number by the Marriott Downtown Medical, we spoke with who we were told was the owner. He told us to be at Bus or B8, there was no mention of prepay, no way to prepay and we were told it was 10 dollars per person per ride. We were prepared to pay that and then some. So trying to turn it back around on a potetinal "never goning to happen" client was a lack in professionalism.
