Amazing, efficient and personable service. Malek was not only on time but very courteous and kind to our special needs daughter. Even though it is hard to follow what she says because of her disability, he conversed with her and included her in the conversation. The car was in impeccable condition and we couldn't have been more pleased if we tried. Thank you for taking care of us on this special father daughter trip to England.
