I had the need for a last-minute pickup at the Philadelphia airport for my family, while I was away at work. I had used many limo companies in the past, but never Trophy. The woman who answered the phone, Joy, was amazing! She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She stayed on the line with me until both her billing and dispatch staff were on the same page. Trophy just finished trip number 9 for my University of Penn group. The 23-passenger bus was clean and in tip-top condition. The drivers were efficient, pleasant, and prompt, and the group leaders were very pleased. They especially loved Chauffer Petro. Great job, Trophy!

My trophy experience was pleasant, safe and comfortable. Both drivers were professional but easy to talk with. Also very courteous. I was contacted in reference to time arrival and if any complications work experience. For example there was an accident by another car on the route that my driver was taken. I was notified that the arrival of my driver would be detained by a few minutes. I appreciated the concern and care that was shown by them on my behalf. I would highly recommend trophy limousin
