Urbane Transportation is the only transportation company that I will ever use when I come to Nashville. #1-Anthony, the owner, was honest about the cost and explained everything....no hidden fees.....no say one thing and do another. His word and actions matched 100% #2-The pick up and return trip was explained.....no, "I'm stuck in traffic, I'm 5 minutes away"....none of that occurred. I planned a corporate retreat in Nashville, TN and hired Urban for black car service for a group of 12. I used Urbane for all ground transportation needs over 2-days, between activities and to BNA airport. They showed up to the pickup locations 20-30 minutes ahead of schedule for each service. The drivers waited patiently for the group when the group ran late and were always safe and professional. Anthony is the owner and was very pleasant to work with. BEST TRANSPORTATION SERVICE TO USE! I was looking for transportation for a corporate event, and urbane transportation was perfect. They were on-time, flexible on needs. The SUV's they had was all luxury vehicles - clean and properly maintained. We didn't had to put people into 15 seaters and 20 seaters(but if you prefer that, they have that as well). The drivers were very well spoken and professional. They had the vehicles ready and waiting for pick up, even in between the rush hours at Gaylord
