This is an excellent company to work with. They provided great transportation service for my sons 16th birthday. We added a special surprise with balloons to set off the evening. They were on time and Chauffeur Ogi was professional and very friendly. The price was very reasonable too. They are my new transportation company and the only ones that I will work with.

I can’t say enough good things about this company! From scheduling all the way to the end, it was such a positive experience. They were easy to work with, responsive, and professional. And we had the BEST driver—helpful, patient, took great photos for us, and even offered fantastic suggestions along the way. Give him a raise. Highly recommend!

We have never used a car service ever while traveling on the mainland. We’d always rent a car and do our own driving. That all changed when our plans changed. Our flight leaving Hawaii had us landing in VA early in the morning. With our plans to be in NYC, catching the Amtrak was going to be our mode of transportation. I found out about this company from my mom. They were her transportation to and from the airport for her birthday trip. So I was very interested in booking Washington Luxury Limousine for my birthday. They were amazing! The customer service leading up to my birthday and the communication from the driver throughout the night of my booking was on point. My friends and I truly enjoyed the luxury experience. This was my first time using this service. Booking my pickup was seamless, it was refreshing to call and actually get a live person, thank you Ogi for making booking process stress free, and responding promptly to my questions. Kenneth my driver was on time, he was communicating with me via text prior to me getting my luggage and exiting the terminal, he was there when I came out.
