I have typically had great service until my last trip. Even though they were informed I was traveling with my service dog and it was documented in their system (per the dispatcher), I was denied service. They eventually found another driver and only cost me about an hour delay.

I started using West Suburban back in the AT&T/Lucent Technology days over 15 years ago and have been using them for personal for airport trips ever since. LOVE them! Always professional, clean cars, arrive on time!

West Suburban has been our go-to ride service to the airport for years. They are always reliable and on time. On our longer trips we’ve determined that it’s actually less expensive to have a ride service instead of parking at the airport. Getting a ride also takes a huge amount of stress off the chaos of going on vacation too. 10/10 recommend!
